Fatima Musa
Fatima Musa, 27, of Chester, was held at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility in Thornton, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Sources close to the investigation say she overdosed on heroin that they believe was smuggled into the jail during a Christmas Day visit, and she went into cardiac arrest. She was treated at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, spent five days in a coma, and died on December 30, 2019, after her family chose to take her off life support. The GEO Group, which runs the jail, said the investigation is ongoing.
