Fabian Hernandez
Fabian Hernandez, 31, was held at the Washington County Jail in Oregon. According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, he attempted suicide at the jail on Aug. 17, 2022, and was taken to an area hospital, where he died on Aug. 23 from injuries he sustained in that attempt. The Washington County Major Crimes Team and the Oregon State Medical Examiner are investigating his death, and no further details have been released.
Cause of death, as reported: Died by suicide. The Washington County Sheriff's Office says Hernandez made an apparent suicide attempt at the jail and died of his injuries six days later; the investigation is ongoing.
