Ezekiel McCoy
Ezekiel McCoy, 30, of El Sobrante, died on November 17, 2020, after a fight while he was held in the Contra Costa County jail, where he was waiting for COVID-19 test results. The Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff reported the death as a killing during a fight. Sheriff-Coroner David Livingston has said an inquest will be held so a jury can hear the facts and decide the manner of death, which remains pending.
