Evonne Williams
Evonne Williams, 49, died on October 16, 2015, after she hanged herself at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility in Westchester County, according to the county medical examiner, who ruled the death a suicide from asphyxia. She was taken to Northern Westchester Hospital, where she died. The state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision declined to comment while the investigation was ongoing.
