Everett Edwards
Everett Edwards, 58, was held at the Oklahoma County Detention Center in Oklahoma City. On the afternoon of Thursday, July 3, 2025, detention staff found him unresponsive in his cell during medical checks, and he was pronounced dead at a hospital that afternoon. Jail officials said the death is under investigation and that the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause. NonDoc Media reported that his death was the eighth at the jail that year.
