Evan Brothern
Evan Brothern, 24, was held at South Mississippi Correctional Institution, a Mississippi Department of Corrections prison. The department said Evan collapsed in an open bay area at the facility in early July 2017. Evan was taken to Forrest General Hospital, where Evan died on the night of July 10, 2017. The department has not stated a cause of death, and autopsy results are pending to determine it.
