Estell Jennings
Estell Jennings, 44, died on May 11, 2024 at the Reception and Treatment Center in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he was held in the custody of the state prison system. The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services said he had been receiving treatment for a medical condition. The department has not yet established a cause of death and has opened an investigation.
