Died in prison
Eric Moreno
Eric Moreno died in July 2018 while held at Kern Valley State Prison in Delano, California. According to the Kern County District Attorney's Office, guards found him in his cell with his hands and feet bound and a ligature around his neck, and he was taken to Delano Regional Medical Center, where he died. An autopsy found that he had been strangled. Prosecutors say another man held at the prison killed him.
