Eric Dwayne Hill
Eric Dwayne Hill, 51, died on July 19, 2022, while held at the Arizona State Prison Complex in Florence. The Arizona Department of Corrections said he had injuries consistent with a physical altercation in his shared housing unit, and he was found unresponsive in his cell. Paramedics and staff from Mountain Vista Medical Center tried to save him, but he was declared dead that day. A criminal investigation into his death has been opened.
