Emmanuel Davis
Emmanuel Davis, 60, of Little Rock, died on August 17, 2025, while held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility. According to the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, he was found unresponsive in his cell and was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The sheriff's office has ordered an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death and has not said whether foul play was involved. The cause of his death remains pending.
