Edwin Brazil
Edwin Brazil, 40, was held at Bullock Correctional Facility in Alabama when, the Alabama Department of Corrections said, he was injured in an apparent assault by another person held there on June 13, 2021. He died at a hospital on June 22 from those injuries. The department confirmed the death and said its Law Enforcement Services Division is investigating; no charges had been announced when the report was published.
