Edgar Damien Maldonado
Edgar Damien Maldonado, 34, died on October 24, 2023, while held at the Monterey County Jail, where he was awaiting trial. He was found dead in his cell in the early morning hours. Monterey County Undersheriff Keith Boyd said the cause of death is still being investigated.
