Dr. David Kennedy, 48, was found dead at Montgomery County Prison in Pennsylvania on December 18, 2016, where he was held before trial. The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said it is investigating the death, as it does with all deaths in the prison. The coroner performed an autopsy the following Monday, and its results had not been released at the time of reporting. The cause and manner of death remain pending.
