Douglas Allen Reid
Douglas Allen Reid, 56, was held at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City in March 2020 while in transit to a federal prison in Texas. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, which reported the death, he had pre-existing medical conditions and was treated for COVID-19 symptoms in April, then placed in an isolation unit and sent to a local hospital. The Department attributed his death on May 2, 2020 to coronavirus, after his condition worsened and he was placed on a ventilator.
