Donald Sullivan was held at the Oklahoma State Reformatory in Granite, Oklahoma. On the evening of Tuesday, May 1, 2007, a staff member found him dead in his cell. A prison spokesman said he had multiple wounds but would not say how he died. The prison was placed on lockdown after his death.
