Donald R. Millwee
Donald R. Millwee, 68, was held at California State Prison, Corcoran, when he died on July 27, 2021, at an outside hospital. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said he died of natural causes. The Press Democrat reported the same cause, attributing it to correctional officials.
