Donald Norris, 77, died on April 2, 2026, while in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections at the Jefferson City Correctional Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. He was taken to Capital Region Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 10:15 a.m. The department said he died of apparent natural causes.
