Donald Douglas Hull
Donald Douglas Hull, 79, died on the morning of December 4, 2019, in the infirmary of the Oregon State Penitentiary in Salem, according to a press release from the Oregon Department of Corrections. He had been held at the penitentiary since January 1977. The department's release is the only account of his death in the material, and it gives no cause.
