Dominga Flores
Dominga Flores, 53, died on November 25, 2020, while held at the Bexar County Jail in San Antonio, Texas. According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, a detention deputy found her attempting suicide in her cell during an observation check, and deputies cut her down. She was taken by emergency medical services to Downtown Baptist Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead around 8:45 p.m. The sheriff's office said the death is under investigation by its criminal investigations, internal affairs and public integrity units, and the manner of death is listed as pending.
