Dolan Franklin
Dolan Franklin was held at the Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola in West Feliciana Parish. WAFB reported that on August 19, 2018, he was involved in a fight in his dorm, and correctional officers pulled him away before he was taken to a Baton Rouge hospital with life-threatening injuries. He was taken off life support on August 20, 2018. The Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections lists his death as a homicide, based on the autopsy report, and when WAFB reported on the case, DOC detectives and West Feliciana Parish deputies were investigating.
