Diann Pink
Diann Pink was 58, a mother, a longtime waitress at Frisch's, and "Gigi" to four granddaughters; her daughter remembers her as funny. She was booked into the Butler County Jail in Ohio on Sept. 7, 2021, and died in her cell four days later. An autopsy filed with the Butler County coroner attributed her death to opiate withdrawal, with heart disease as a contributing factor. Women held with her told her daughter that she cried out in pain and that staff dismissed her as simply going through withdrawal.
