Devin Combs
Devin Combs, 36, of Henry County, Kentucky, died on August 20, 2026. According to the Henry County Sheriff's Office, he was in its custody when he was brought to the Oldham County Detention Center, where he collapsed at the sally port and received Narcan from medical staff before being taken to a hospital, where resuscitation failed. The Oldham County Coroner's Office and Kentucky State Police are investigating, and the coroner's office has not released a cause or manner of death. The body was sent to the state medical examiner.
