Destinee Howard, 33, died on April 2, 2026, at the Vanderburgh County Jail in Indiana, according to the sheriff's office. The sheriff's office said officers and medical staff responded to a medical emergency in a housing unit shortly before midnight, but she could not be revived. The sheriff's office said an autopsy was scheduled for the following day and the manner of death had not been determined.
