Deshawn Livaughn Simmons
Deshawn Livaughn Simmons, 28, was found with a stab wound to his back in his cell at McCormick Correctional Institution in South Carolina, according to the South Carolina Department of Corrections. He was airlifted to a hospital and died there on November 3, 2020, the department said.
