Derrick Wayne Metz
Derrick Wayne Metz, 42, of Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, died on August 25, 2024, while held at the Lawrence County Detention Center. He was taken to a hospital, where he died, according to the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office asked the Arkansas State Police to investigate the death, and that investigation was active as of the reports. No cause or manner of death has been announced.
