Denorris Howell
Denorris Howell was held at the Mississippi State Penitentiary in Parchman. A news investigation classified his death as a homicide. His mother, Janice Wilkins, said it means a great deal to her that the Mississippi Department of Corrections will review his case. She said the department should move forward once that review is complete.
