Dennis Rosenberg, 34, was taken back to the Campbell County Detention Center in Newport, Kentucky, after doctors at St. Elizabeth Fort Thomas Hospital released them into jail custody. They died a few hours later, on April 19, 2009. Campbell County jail officials said the death was medically related.
