Dennis Eugene Kipp
Dennis Eugene Kipp, 60, was found dead in his cell at the Lac qui Parle County Jail in Madison, Minnesota, on a Saturday afternoon in June 2023, shortly before 4 p.m., and was declared dead at the scene. A press release from the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety said evidence indicated he died by suicide, while sheriff's office personnel said it appeared he had died by hanging.
