Delric East
Delric East, 40, of Silver Spring, died in Montgomery County, Maryland, in June 2011. According to police, he was found unconscious in a crashed vehicle, and officers handcuffed him and used a Taser while pulling him out. Officers then strapped him to a stretcher in an ambulance, and he stopped breathing as it reached the hospital, according to The Baltimore Banner. Medical examiners attributed his death to PCP and alcohol intoxication and ruled it an accident.
