Delbert Wesley Davis
Delbert Wesley Davis, 31, was held at the Dodge County Jail in Eastman, Georgia, from June 28, 2016. He was pronounced dead at the jail on July 7, 2016. According to a release from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, he hanged himself with a bed sheet, and autopsy findings were consistent with suicide.
