Delbert Miller
Delbert Miller, 69, was held at California State Prison Corcoran in Corcoran, California. According to Public Information Officer Lt. Anthony Baer, he was found unresponsive in his cell early on Thursday, January 24, 2013, and was later pronounced dead.
