Dekow Omar
Dekow Omar, 30, died at the Hutchinson Correctional Facility in Hutchinson, Kansas, on September 24, 2026. The Kansas Department of Corrections said he was found unresponsive in his cell on a Thursday morning. He was pronounced dead, and the cause of death is pending an independent autopsy. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the Kansas Department of Corrections are investigating.
