DeCarlo Conn
DeCarlo Conn was held at the Kentucky State Reformatory in La Grange when staff found him unresponsive in November 2020. He was taken to a hospital, where he died on November 22, 2020. Kentucky State Police said he died after a physical altercation with another man held at the facility, and that man has since been prosecuted in connection with the death.
Cause of death, as reported: Killed by another person in custody. The Kentucky State Police investigation found he was involved in a physical altercation with another inmate, and that inmate was later prosecuted in connection with the death.
