Deborah F. McClucas
Deborah F. McClucas was held at Lancaster County Prison after being admitted in March 2024. Prison staff found her unresponsive in her cell on April 16, 2024, and she was taken to Lancaster General Health Penn Medicine, where the prison released her from custody.
