Deandre Roney
Deandre Roney died in November 2024 at William C. Donaldson Correctional Facility in Alabama, where he was held. The ACLU of Alabama reported that he was one of four people who died at the facility that month from stabbing. He had been planning to celebrate his 40th birthday and the holidays at home with his family, and was due to be released in about 150 days.
