Dean Mills, 61, died on May 13, 2017, at the state prison in Kingman, Arizona, where he was held. The Arizona Department of Corrections said his death appeared to be an apparent act of self-harm and that it is investigated with the county medical examiner's office. Staff found him unresponsive in his housing area.
