Deaken Sullivan
Deaken Sullivan was funny, athletic and popular, according to his sister, Stacy Bradley, a football fan whom she said she still loved and hoped would enter recovery. He was booked into the South Correctional Entity (SCORE) in King County, Washington, on July 30, 2024, and died there the following day. The King County Medical Examiner attributed his death to acute fentanyl and methamphetamine intoxication. His sister says staff told her he had been given aspirin and was not eating or drinking, and that SCORE has not provided the records she requested.
