David Saxton
David Saxton, 54, died on June 16, 2023, at the Reception and Treatment Center in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he was held in the custody of the state prison system. The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services said he had been receiving treatment for a medical problem. The department said the cause of death had not yet been determined. Under Nebraska law, a grand jury will investigate the death.
