Died in prison
David Russell Tarver
David Russell Tarver, 61, died on May 6, 2022, at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington, where he had been held for more than a decade. The Wyoming Department of Corrections said in a news release that he died at the prison and that an autopsy would be performed under department policy to determine the cause of death. The department had not released a cause, and the manner of death remains pending.
