David Randle

David Randle, 57, was held at the Estelle Unit, a Texas state prison, when he was taken to a local hospital on April 17, 2020 and later moved to Hospital Galveston with shortness of breath. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice said a COVID-19 test returned positive, and preliminary autopsy results suggest COVID-19 as the cause of death. He died at Hospital Galveston on April 26, 2020.
