David Mulkey
David Mulkey, 49, died on October 21, 2018, while held at the Tucker Maximum Security Unit in Tucker, Arkansas. According to the Arkansas Department of Correction, he was found unresponsive in his cell on a Sunday afternoon and pronounced dead at the prison infirmary. The department said the Arkansas State Police and the department are investigating his death. No cause of death has been given.
