David Little
David Little, 40, died on October 4, 2016, while held at the Jefferson County Detention Center. Mark Techmeyer, public affairs director for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, said he was found unresponsive in his cell with a ligature around his neck and was pronounced dead at 5:28 p.m. The sheriff's office said the death appeared to be a suicide with no foul play, but the death was still under investigation. At the time, Little was housed in administrative segregation.
