David Lee Simmons
David Lee Simmons, 20, died in his cell at the Pendleton Correctional Facility in Indiana, where he was held in state custody. He was found in the cell after lunch on Monday, February 14, 2005. The Madison County coroner ruled his death a suicide, according to prison officials and state police, but the method has not been disclosed.
