David H. Given
David H. Given, 68, was held at the Duval County jail in Jacksonville, Florida. On September 18, 2023, a jail employee saw him lying partly under his bunk during medication rounds, and he was pronounced dead at the jail. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has not released a cause of death, says it does not suspect foul play, and has referred the death to its Cold Case Unit for investigation.
