David Guerrero-Estrada
David Guerrero-Estrada died on January 13, 2010, while held at the Sterling Correctional Facility in Sterling, Colorado. The Denver Post reported that he was beaten to death in his cell. Another man has been charged with first-degree murder in his death, and that man was found mentally incompetent and is being evaluated and treated at a state mental health institute.
