David Foster Coder
David Foster Coder, 68, died on April 7, 2026, in the infirmary at Snake River Correctional Institution in Ontario, Oregon, where he was receiving hospice care. The Oregon Department of Corrections said the Oregon State Police were notified, as they are for all in-custody deaths. The department said the State Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death, which has not yet been reported.
