David Floyd Rains
David Floyd Rains, 63, died at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga on April 4, 2022. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said deputies found him not breathing in his cell during routine checks, and that jail medical staff could not revive him before he was pronounced dead. The sheriff's office sent his body to the county coroner for an autopsy, and the cause and manner of death had not been determined when the report was published.
