David Dominguez
David Dominguez, 29, died on August 24, 2024, while held at Wasco State Prison in Kern County, California. Staff found him being helped by other people held there, and he told them he had had a seizure and fallen. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said a review of surveillance video shows two other people held there entering his cell and fighting with him, and it is investigating the death as a homicide. The Kern County Coroner will determine the official cause of death.
