David Daniel died in his cell at the Cotton County Jail in Oklahoma early on Thursday, December 20, 2012. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said it appears he hanged himself overnight by tying his underwear to the cell door, and that camera footage showed no sign of anything other than suicide.
