David Collins

David Collins, 74, was held at the Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility in Colorado. The Colorado Department of Corrections said he was taken to Parkview Hospital in Pueblo on November 22, 2020, after developing COVID-19 symptoms, and that he died there on December 1, 2020. The department lists COVID-19 as the cause of death.
